Within a week of the service being carried out a fault message appeared, which said 'engine oil level below minimum'. The service included changing the oil filter, which was obviously not done correctly. It was very inconvenient returning to Vines.

Left evening before to diagnose Power Failure red alarm. Call at 1pm for update and not started. Analysis inconclusive. System update ran into 2nd day. Second amber alarm required new sensor. £550 for unreliable sensor replace and no answer to PF.

My recent visit was frustrating. This was a specific waiting appointment at 11am rather than a drop and go. I was told that an MOT takes approximately 1.5 hours. I waited 2.5 hours. If I had known this I would have arranged alternative transport.
